Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed for delivery to locations outside the U.S. will not be processed.

How much is shipping?

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees.

Shipping will range from $8 to $12 depending on the weight of the item(s) purchased. Lighter items, such as beanies, will cost $8 whereas heavier items, such as denim and jackets, will cost $12. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional $15 to the typical shipping price.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and 7–10 business days for delivery once shipped.

We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

A note about our packaging: We intentionally limit the amount of packaging we use in order to reduce the impact of our waste on the environment. All mailers are made from 100% recyclable material. Please recycle them!

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be requested within 30 business days of purchase.

To request a return, please email noahtager@gmail.com. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of authorization of the return.

Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — all products come with a lifetime warranty. If you receive one of our products and it doesn’t meet your expectations, or if it stops performing the way it should, you can send it directly back to us. We’ll take care of it by offering a repair, replacement, or refund.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing usually takes 3–5 business days, and delivery takes an additional 7–10 business days depending on your location.

Do my billing and shipping addresses need to match?

No. Your billing and shipping addresses do not need to match.

What if I added something to my cart but it sold out?

Items are not reserved until checkout is completed. If an item disappears from your cart, it means it sold out before your purchase was finalized.

When will your next collection drop?

Our new collections drop periodically. Follow us on Instagram for specific release announcements.

Do you have any stores I can go to in person?

At the moment, Noah Tager does not have a permanent physical storefront. As each new collection drops, we have launch events where you can view our collection, try items on, and buy pieces in person. Follow us on Instagram for launch event announcements.
